Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without your permission on our platform, please include the following information in your complaint:

Your name and contact details — Full name, email address, and phone number of the rights holder or their authorised representative

URL of the infringing content — A direct link to the specific content on our platform that you believe infringes your rights

Proof of ownership — Supporting documentation such as copyright registration, original files, timestamps, or any other evidence establishing your rights

Statement of good faith — A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf

How We Process Complaints

Review by Grievance Officer
All valid complaints are reviewed by our designated Grievance Officer to verify the claim and assess the infringing content.
Content Blocked or Removed within 7 Days
Once a complaint is verified, we act swiftly — infringing content is blocked or permanently removed within 7 working days of receiving a valid notice.
Uploader Notified
The user who uploaded the infringing content is notified of the action taken against their submission, in accordance with our platform policies.
Repeat violations will result in permanent account suspension. Users with a history of copyright infringement are subject to immediate and irreversible removal from the platform.
