What We Do

Intermediary Platform
We operate as an intermediary where users upload and stream media content. We are a facilitator, not a publisher.
Prompt Response
We do not proactively monitor content but respond promptly and in good faith to all valid copyright infringement complaints.
Notice-and-Takedown
We follow a strict Notice-and-Takedown procedure in compliance with the Indian IT Rules, 2021 and DMCA best practices.

How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please send a written complaint containing all of the following:

Your identity — Full name, email address, and phone number of the rights holder or their authorised representative

Description of the work — A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

URL of infringing content — The exact URL(s) of the content on our platform that you believe infringes your rights

Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner

Accuracy statement — A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Your signature — Your electronic or physical signature

Proof of ownership — Supporting documentation such as a copyright registration certificate, original work file, or timestamp evidence

What Happens After You Submit a Notice

Step 1
Complaint Reviewed
We review your complaint for validity and completeness. We act expeditiously in compliance with the Indian IT Rules, 2021.
Step 2 — Within 7 Days
Content Blocked or Removed
If the complaint is valid, the infringing content is blocked or permanently removed within a maximum of 7 working days.
Step 3
Uploader Notified
The user who uploaded the infringing content is notified of the action taken against their submission.
Repeat infringers may have their account blocked permanently from the platform.
Section 5 — Block Users
Protecting Yourself
If another user is making you feel uncomfortable or harassing you, you can block them at any time through the app to stop all interactions from that user immediately.
Section 6 — Repeated Violations
Enforcement Actions
Accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines may be warned, temporarily suspended, or permanently banned from the platform without prior notice in serious cases.
